What is PokéPark KANTO?
Where is PokéPark KANTO located?
PokéPark KANTO is located inside Yomiuriland Amusement Park in between Inagi City in Tokyo and Tama Ward in Kawasaki City (Kanagawa Prefecture). Please make your way to Yomiuriland to visit PokéPark KANTO.
What days is the park closed?

Does PokéPark KANTO have admission restrictions?
PokéPark KANTO ticket holders can access Sedge Town anytime within opening hours. Please note that the type of pass you purchased may limit which areas you can visit inside the park and when.
Additionally, some areas require limited-access tickets, which can be obtained via the official PokéPark KANTO app.

Is the applicable age for "Child" and "Senior" tickets the age at the time of the lottery application or at the time of purchase? Or is it the age as of the date of admission?
Please select the ticket based on the age on the date of admission.
Are there annual passes?
PokéPark KANTO does not offer annual passes at this time.
Are there group tickets?
PokéPark KANTO does not offer group tickets.
Do I have to buy a Yomiuriland ticket too?
No.
All PokéPark KANTO entrance passes include entry into Yomiuriland. If you wish to enjoy Yomiuriland's other offerings or attractions, please purchase tickets inside Yomiuriland at the relevant ticket counter or machine.
Can purchased tickets be canceled?
Customers residing in Japan who purchased tickets via the PokéPark KANTO's official website or the Official PokéPark KANTO App can select the tickets they wish to cancel from their Purchase History on this site and cancel them until 18:00 (JST) on the day before their visit date.
*Service is available in Japanese only.
*The ticket price will be refunded.
*Cancellations after the cancellation deadline are subject to the Terms of Service.

Can the ticket details (date, type, age category, admission time/show time, visitor's personal information) be changed?
Changes to the contents of a purchased ticket cannot be made.
If you reside in Japan and purchased tickets via the PokéPark KANTO's official website or the Official PokéPark KANTO App, please consider canceling your existing tickets and re-purchasing tickets with the new details.
*The cancellation feature for purchased tickets has been available since August 1, 2026.

Can I buy tickets without a credit card?
Tickets can only be purchased by credit card at this time.
Will I need to prove my identity when using my ticket?
Customers residing in Japan and purchased tickets via the PokéPark KANTO's official website or the Official PokéPark KANTO App will have their Identification documents checked upon entry. This measure will begin in November 2026. Please be sure to bring your personal ID documents on the visit day.
For those who reside outside of Japan and purchased tickets on the Official Web Ticket Store(purchase site for outside of Japan), starting with November 2026 admissions, identity verification upon entry to PokéPark KANTO will be conducted by JTRweb Ltd.. For details, please check

Customers residing in Japan who purchased tickets via the PokéPark KANTO's official website or the Official PokéPark KANTO App must bring the ID documents listed in the Area Rules.
For those who reside outside of Japan and are entering with tickets purchased via the Official Web Ticket Store (purchase site for outside of Japan), please bring your original passport for ID verification by JTRweb Ltd. (Copies are not acceptable).
●If you have a Person with Disabilities ticket, you will need to present an official certificate of disability issued in your country or region of residence.
If I don't have the app, how should I bring my ticket?
Please have the ticket code for your issued ticket ready for display upon your arrival.
Where do I make inquiries regarding tickets?
Please direct any inquires to the website where you purchased your ticket.
I am purchasing a "Person with Disabilities" ticket. How should the person accompanying me purchase a ticket?
For guests purchasing a "Person with Disabilities" ticket:
Each ticket holder may purchase one additional ticket at the same price for a companion aged 13 or older.In this case, the person accompanying the person with disability must also choose the "Person with Disabilities" ticket. Please note that when you are purchasing a "Person with Disabilities" ticket, a companion is not required.
※If you have not purchased a ticket for the person accompanying you, please note that there is no ticket office in Yomiuriland or PokéPark KANTO where you can purchase a ticket for your companion on the day of your visit.

Is it possible for a group member who has entered Yomiuriland before the others to get limited-access tickets for the whole group in advance?
Limited access ticket sign-up is only possible with a ticket that has been used to pass through the entrance gate of Yomiuriland (and from July 2026, also after 11:45). Therefore, even if you are in a group, people who enter Yomiuriland first cannot book limited access ticket for other group members who have not yet entered.

Can I cancel or change my requested limited-access ticket?
Limited-access ticket requests cannot be canceled or changed after submission.
How can I see the lottery results for limited-access tickets I applied for?
Please check the My Tickets screen on the official app and tap "Ticket Details" to see information on any limited-access tickets you may have obtained.
Entry
Is re-entry permitted?
Yomiuriland allows for re-entry. Please speak to the staff when exiting the park.
As for PokéPark KANTO, guests with any type of pass can re-enter Sedge Town. Speak to the staff when exiting the area.
Note you will need to display a wrist band, hand stamp, and your ticket's code to re-enter.
May I wait overnight to enter the park as soon as it opens?
In order to respect those living in the vicinity, as well as guarantee the safety of all park-goers, waiting overnight is not permitted.
Any guests who are found to have violated this rule will be banned from the park.
Is the line for admissions covered?
The line for admissions is uncovered. Please bring appropriate gear in case of rain.
Are pets welcome in the park?
Pets are not allowed inside the park.
Exceptions to this rule include seeing-eye dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs.
Make sure to bring proof of eligibility (user certificate) recognized by the Japanese law.
Please note that assistance dogs cannot be left with our staff. If you would like to visit an attraction where assistance dogs are not allowed, you will need to have a companion who can look after your dog outside the attraction.
Can the ticket purchaser and the person accompanying them enter the park at different times?
Using the "Create a Group / Join a Group" function in the official app, a purchaser can create a group and share their ticket with the group members. The ticket code will then appear in the group members' apps, allowing them to enter the park at different times than the purchaser.
※Please note that guests with a Ace Trainer’s Pass cannot share tickets, even after creating a group.
Attractions
Do I need tickets to ride the attractions?
Holders of the Trainer’s Pass or Town Pass are asked to visit the ticket kiosk in Sedge Town to purchase tickets with specified ride times for the attractions.
Ace Trainer's Pass holders can use the priority lane once upon showing the ticket received at the gate. To enter again, they will need to purchase a timed-entry slot ticket via the appropriate ticket kiosk.

Can I make reservations for attractions? Are there priority lanes?
Tickets for attractions cannot be reserved in advance of your visit.
Ace Trainer's Pass holders can use the priority lane once for each attraction until 30 minutes before the park's closing time.
Are there height requirements?
There are no height requirements. However, children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by another ticket-holding guest age 13 or older.
Can I hold my child while riding an attraction?
Pika Pika Paradise: we kindly ask that children not be held during the ride
Vee Vee Voyage: guests may ride in the carriages while holding their children
Can children ride attractions on their own?
Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by another ticket-holding guest age 13 or older.
Are there any restrictions on how we can enjoy the attractions? Can guests who are pregnant or senior citizens ride the attractions?
We ask that pregnant women and people with health concerns refrain from going on the rides. We also ask that people who cannot use a safety belt refrain from the Pika Pika Paradise ride. This is to ensure everyone's safety. Please see here for more details.
Are the attractions ever closed?
Operating hours for the attractions are subject to change, and operation may be suspended in some situations, such as for maintenance or due to inclement weather.

Is there a schedule for events?
Yes. Please see here for more details.
Are there rules for reserving spots when watching shows?
Viewing the Sedge Gym show requires the appropriate limited-access ticket or a Ace Trainer’s Pass.
For outdoor stage shows and parades, there are no specific rules for reserving spots. However, please be aware that guests may be asked to move if staff members determine that there is a safety-related issue.
Please be mindful of those around you so everyone may enjoy the show.
Can my child under the age of 3 attend shows with me?
Yes. Children under the age of 3 may attend as long as you have a limited-access ticket. Please ensure that your child is sitting with you or on your lap.
Can I change the time for my limited-access ticket?
Times for limited-access tickets cannot be changed after the time slot has been confirmed.
Food and Drink
Can I bring outside food or alcohol into the park?
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages (including pre-prepared meals, fast food, alcohol, etc.) into the park.However, you are allowed to bring in food for people with dietary restrictions or for small children. Please inform the staff upon entry.
Can I bring a pre-prepared meal into the park if I have food allergies?
Guests with dietary restrictions are allowed to bring food into the park.
Can I access allergy information on the food and drinks you sell?

Is there a place where I can buy drinks?
Original PokéPark KANTO Beverages are sold inside the park. Vending machines are also available.
Is alcohol available for purchase within the park?
No.
Merchandise
Can I request an item to be put aside for me?
Products cannot be held for customers.
Can park merchandise be purchased online?
There is no online retail available at this time. Please make your purchases at the Pokémon Daisuki Shop or at the kiosks in Sedge Town.
Are there limits on how many of an item I can buy?
Some products do have purchase limits.
Those wishing to purchase merchandise that have limits will need to show their ticket screen at the register.
Do shopping bags cost extra?
Yes, there is an additional charge.
For details, please inquire with shop staff when making your purchase.
Can I access information on merchandise prices and availability?
Please ask the staff for details about the goods. Please note that we are unable to give information on individual items of merchandise in advance. This is because the information is subject to change depending on circumstances.
Can a parent purchase a limited-quantity item on behalf of their child?
All guests wishing to make a purchase must line up in the checkout line.
Area Services
Can I store luggage while in the park?
PokéPark KANTO does not offer luggage storage services. Please use the coin lockers located in Yomiuriland.
Can I rent a battery charger?
Rentals are available near the prayer room by the Pokémon Daisuki Shop. Similar services are also available in Yomiuriland.
Can I enter the park with a stroller?
Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?
PokéPark KANTO does not provide rental services. However, Yomiuriland does have strollers and wheelchairs available to rent at the "Sky Gate" entrance for a fee (¥500 each). Reservations cannot be made in advance. Please note that quantities are limited.
Is there an indoor rest area?
You may be able to enter the gym without a Limited-Access Ticket at certain times between the second and third performance of the show. You may eat in the gym during these hours.
Are disposable diapers available for purchase inside the park?
Disposable diapers are available for purchase from kiosks within the Pokémon Trainers' Market. Please inquire with nearby staff for details.
Are there microwaves inside the park?
There are no microwaves inside the park.
Hot water is available in the nursing room at the Sedge Town for mixing formula.
Are rain gear, batteries, and pocket hand warmers available for purchase inside the park?
Batteries and pocket hand warmers are not available year-round. Certain rain gear is available for sale.
Are there AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) inside the park?
Yes, there are AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) at PokéPark KANTO's first-aid station and the Pokémon Daisuki Shop.
What payment methods can I use in the park?

Are there ATMs inside the park?
There are no ATMs in PokéPark KANTO. The closest ATM is near Yomiuriland's "Aurora Gate." For more details, please contact Yomiuriland Amusement Park.
Are there any places where I can top up my electronic payment?
If you would like to top up your Transportation IC, PayPay, etc. with cash, please use the Seven Bank ATM next to Aurora Gate before you enter Yomiuriland.
Are there smoking areas?
Smoking is not permitted within PokéPark KANTO. Please use the smoking areas in Yomiuriland.
Please also note that there are no tobacco products for sale within PokéPark KANTO or Yomiuriland.
Are there bathrooms available before entering PokéPark KANTO?
There are bathrooms by the Yomiuriland park Sky Gate, as well as inside Yomiuriland.
Are there restrooms in the Pokémon Forest?
There are no restrooms in the Pokémon Forest. Please use a restroom before entering the Pokémon Forest.
What kind of staircase is the "110-step staircase" in the Pokémon Forest?
There are 110 steps in one location. There are handrails on the 110-step staircase. Guests will need to descend part of the 110-step staircase. In case of emergency, you may be asked to climb up the 110-step staircase.
Can I take pictures with Pokémon walking around the park?
Of course it is possible. Feel free to say hello to Pokémon walking around.
Do you offer birthday or anniversary specials?
Stickers are available. Please speak to a nearby staff.

How can I get to PokéPark KANTO?
The park can be accessed by train, car, or bus.

How long does it take to get to the park from Haneda Airport?
It takes around 2 hours using public transportation.
How long does it take to get to the park from Narita Airport?
It takes around 2.5 hours using public transportation.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available at Yomiuriland. As parking is limited, please consider coming by public transportation.
Which highway exits are close to the park?
Each of these exits can be used to access the park: Chuo Expressway: Inagi Interchange/Fuchu Smart Interchange; Tomei Expressway: Tomei-Kawasaki Interchange.

Do I have to have the official PokéPark KANTO app?
There are multiple services that are only available via the official PokéPark KANTO app. You will need to book limited-access tickets via the official app to access the Pokémon Daisuki Shop, Pokémon Playhouse, and to get seats for the Sedge Gym Show.
The app also has a group creation feature and a map of the park.

Do all visitors need to download the Official PokéPark KANTO App?
The Official PokéPark KANTO App is not necessarily required for your visit.
The Official PokéPark KANTO App has a variety of features, so we recommend downloading it to enjoy PokéPark KANTO even more.
What are the "Create a Group" and "Join a Group" features in the official PokéPark KANTO app?
These features are used to create groups for ticket sharing. In addition, group members can apply all together for limited-access tickets.

Can group members be removed?
Members can leave or disband a group, but they cannot remove others.
To leave or disband a group, tap the gear icon in the group members section on the My Tickets screen. Then, open the Group Settings screen and choose either the "Disband Group" or "Leave Group" icon.
Please be aware that members cannot leave or disband a group once they have used their ticket.
Are non-Japanese versions of the official app supported?
There is an English version of the Official PokéPark KANTO App. This app is primarily intended for users who live outside of Japan. You can download it via the App Store or Google Play with your account's country set to a country other than Japan.
The English version of the official app can scan and display tickets purchased at the Official Web Ticket Store (purchase site for outside of Japan). Also, it can handle limited-access ticket sign-up.
※ Please use the Official PokéPark KANTO App (Japanese version) to scan tickets purchased on the official PokéPark KANTO website (Japanese) and to sign up limited-access ticket.
※You can use the English version of the app after you arrive in Japan and connect to a network within Japan.
※Your limited-access ticket can be used for entry immediately after you enter Yomiuriland. (and from 11:45 pm from July).
