Please review area rules so everyone can enjoy a fun and safe visit to PokéPark KANTO.

Area Entry Rules

Please review the following PokéPark KANTO rules and regulations. Your cooperation allows us to create the best experience possible for all area-goers.

Bag Check

Bag checks will be conducted upon entering the area.
  • Personal belongings brought onto the premises, such as bags and backpacks, will undergo mandatory checks by our staff.
  • Please listen to staff instructions and cooperate accordingly to ensure a smooth inspection process.
  • In the case of intentional obstruction or refusal without reason, admission to the area will be denied.
  • Bag check results may be shared with the authorities upon request.

Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, flammables, and other dangerous items
  • Bottles, cans, alcohol
  • Outside food items (including items purchased at Yomiuriland stores—the only exception being food for small children and those with dietary restrictions).
  • Suitcases, rolling luggage, carts, and other portable storage equipment
  • Selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods
  • Radio-controlled devices such as drones and RC planes
  • Pets (aside from service dogs)
  • Any items that might otherwise interfere with PokéPark KANTO operation, management, or administration, or negatively affect the experience of other area visitors.

Buying Merchandise and Food

To ensure a satisfactory customer experience for all visitors, the following rules may be enforced.
  • As a general rule, visitors may only enter the Pokémon Daisuki Shop during the time frame listed on their limited-access ticket.
  • Some shops and kiosks may also implement restrictions on customer entry, the number of checkouts, and the number of items purchased.
  • Buying for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Additional requests may be made of visitors depending on shop conditions. Please follow our staff's instructions accordingly.

Photography and Filming

Photography, filming, or streaming that corresponds to any of the following is not permitted.
  • Any photography, filming, or other forms of audio/video recording for commercial purposes or public broadcast without permission.
  • Photography or filming that adversely impacts the experience of other area-goers, or that obstructs area management and operation.
  • The use of monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks.
  • We reserve the right to prohibit photography at certain facilities and events, such as the Sedge Gym Show.

Re-Entry

As long as it is on the same day of initial entry, guests may re-enter both PokéPark KANTO and Yomiuriland. If you wish to re-enter the premises, please speak to a staff member at the exit.
  • Those without a Ace Trainer’s Pass will only be able to re-enter Sedge Town.

Other Rules and Guidelines

  • Only cashless payments are accepted inside the area.
  • There are age restrictions for Pokémon Forest and area attractions. Please review these details prior to purchasing tickets and visiting the area.
  • Pokémon Forest is a woodland comprised of grassy areas and uneven paths. Please come in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and footwear that you don't mind getting dirty.
  • PokéPark KANTO is a non-smoking area. Please use the designated smoking areas inside Yomiuriland.
  • Guests are not allowed to cut the line to join parties already in line. Please line up after your entire party is present.
  • Be mindful of those living in the vicinity and avoid lining up overnight or extremely early in the morning.
  • Some area services require a limited-access ticket to be obtained in advance. Please check the official PokéPark KANTO app for details.
  • When viewing shows, please avoid holding your device above head height to photograph or film. Additionally, please refrain from carrying children on your shoulders. Reserving spots with your belongings for extended periods of time is also prohibited.
  • Terms and conditions for use for facilities and services, as well as the details of business operations, may be altered without prior announcement.
