A wide variety of accessibility-minded features and services are available to ensure all Trainers can enjoy a safe and comfortable PokéPark KANTO experience.
Accessibility
Tickets
Tickets are available for those with disabilities. These tickets can be used by the person in question as well as one person 13 years or older accompanying them. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring documentation that can verify one's disability, such as a physical disability certificate.
Wheelchair Users
PokéPark Entrance Plaza can be accessed by ramp via the Yomiuriland entrance. Wheelchairs can also be rented from the "Sky Gate" Yomiuriland park entrance for a fee (¥500 per chair).

Accessible Bathrooms
There are accessible (ostomy-friendly) bathrooms in five locations across the area.
To Visitors with Children
Tickets
Children under the age of 3 can enter Sedge Town without tickets.
- Please note that children 5 and under cannot enter Pokémon Forest, even if accompanied by an older guest.
Baby Care Facilities
Diaper-changing stations and private nursing booths are available for use. (Men are not allowed in the nursing booths.) Please note that all accessible bathrooms include diaper-changing stations as well.
Strollers
Strollers can be rented at the "Sky Gate" Yomiuriland park entrance for a fee (¥500 per stroller).
