Souvenir medals are available on the smartphone version of Pokémon HOME. Keep one as a memento of your visit to PokéPark KANTO. There are five different medal types, and you will receive one type at random. ■ How to get a souvenir medal for visiting PokéPark KANTO This is how you can get a souvenir medal for visiting PokéPark KANTO: 1. Visit the entrance of PokéPark KANTO. 2. On the smartphone version of Pokémon HOME, select Medal → Read → Area Check. 3.Select the PokéPark KANTO souvenir medal from the medals available in this area, and a medal will be issued! ■ Notes • To obtain a souvenir medal for visiting PokéPark KANTO, location tracking for Pokémon HOME must be enabled on your device. • Area Check may not be displayed depending on your area of residence or age. • Souvenir medals can only be issued once a day for each visit to PokéPark KANTO. • There are five different medal types. You will receive one type at random each time. • You can get two medals of the same design when the medal is issued. • Issuing limits are reset daily at 9:00 a.m. (Japan time). • This service may be suspended without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances. • The Medal function will not be available while Pokémon HOME is undergoing maintenance. • Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries about medals not being available during maintenance. • In some cases, you may not be able to receive medals due to your smartphone settings or your device’s condition. Please understand that we are unable to compensate you for not getting medals under these circumstances.
