The medal with a Poké Lid design is available on the smartphone version of Pokémon HOME. Keep one as a memento of your visit to PokéPark KANTO.
■ How to get Poké Lid design medals
1. Visit Poké Lid in Sedge Town.
2. On the smartphone version of Pokémon HOME, select Medal → Read → Area Check.
3. Select “Souvenir of my visit to Poké Lid” from the medals available in this area, and a medal will be issued!
■ Notes
• To obtain Poké Lid medals, location tracking for Pokémon HOME must be enabled on your device.
• Area Check may not be displayed depending on your area of residence or age.
• Poké Lid medals can only be issued once a day.
• You can obtain two medals of the same type when the medal is issued.
• Issuing limits are reset daily at 9:00 a.m. (Japan time).
• This service may be suspended without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances.
• The Medal function will not be available while Pokémon HOME is undergoing maintenance.
• Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries about medals not being available during maintenance.
• In some cases, you may not be able to receive medals due to your smartphone settings or your device’s condition. Please understand that we are unable to compensate you for not getting medals under these circumstances.
